Commercial Concreting — Hervey Bay & Fraser Coast
Commercial slabs, car parks, warehouse floors and civil works delivered on schedule with minimal disruption and full compliance. Quoted in writing, cleaned up properly.
Commercial Concreting Across the Fraser Coast
Commercial concreting is a different game to residential work — the stakes are higher, the tolerances are tighter, the compliance requirements are real, and disruption to a working business costs money. We deliver commercial slabs, car parks, warehouse floors and civil concrete works across Hervey Bay, Maryborough and the wider Fraser Coast, built to specification, on schedule, and with as little disruption to your operation as possible. We turn up when we say we will and we deliver what we quoted.
We work across the range of commercial jobs — heavy-duty industrial and warehouse floor slabs that have to carry forklifts, racking and stock; car parks and hardstands that take constant vehicle traffic; footings and structural slabs to engineering; and civil concrete works like kerbing, paths and infrastructure. Whatever the job, it is built to the relevant standards and the engineering, because on commercial work that is not optional.
Scheduling and compliance are where commercial jobs are won or lost. A business cannot afford a job that drags on or shuts down access for longer than necessary, so we plan the works, stage them where needed, and co-ordinate with your operation and other trades to keep things moving. We work to the specifications, manage the documentation, and keep the site safe and compliant throughout. You get a contractor who understands that your timeline and your obligations are part of the job.
Behind it all is the same approach that built our reputation in the region — proper site prep, correct reinforcement to standard, the right concrete for the application, and a fully cleaned-up site at the end. We are QBCC licensed and insured, local, and we give commercial clients the same straight talk and written fixed pricing we give everyone. Reliable, transparent and built to last.

Our Commercial Process
No mystery, no shortcuts. Here's exactly how we approach every commercial job on the Fraser Coast — so you know what's happening at each stage.
- 01
Free site consult & scope review
We meet on site, review the plans, specifications and engineering, and look at access, staging and how the works fit around your operation. We get a clear picture of the scope and the constraints before pricing anything.
- 02
Written fixed quote, itemised
You receive a written, itemised quote covering site prep, reinforcement, concrete, finishes, staging and clean-up, built to the specification. Commercial pricing is transparent and detailed, with a GST tax invoice and the documentation you need.
- 03
Programming & site preparation
We program the works to suit your timeline and stage them to minimise disruption, then prepare and compact the site to the required levels and falls. Co-ordination with your operation and other trades is locked in up front.
- 04
Formwork, footings & set-out
We set out accurately and build the formwork, footings and edge beams to the drawings, working to commercial tolerances. Getting the set-out right is critical when other trades and equipment depend on it.
- 05
Reinforcement to engineering
Steel reinforcement is placed, tied and chaired to the engineering schedule and the relevant standards, with the correct cover. On commercial work this is inspected and documented as required.
- 06
Pour, finish & jointing
We pour, screed and finish to the specified flatness and surface — a hard, flat finish for warehouse floors, or the required finish for car parks and civil works — with joints placed and cut to spec to manage movement.
- 07
Cure, clean-up & handover
We cure the concrete to build strength, clean up and clear the site, and hand over with the documentation required. We let you know when it is ready for use or for the next stage, and provide your tax invoice.
Honest, Transparent Pricing
Commercial work is quoted as a fixed price in writing before we start, with the site prep, reinforcement, concrete, finishes, staging and clean-up all itemised against the specification, plus a GST tax invoice and the documentation commercial clients require. There are no vague verbal numbers — you get a detailed, transparent quote you can rely on for your budget and your records.
On commercial jobs, variations are managed formally. If something genuine arises — a site condition, a spec change or a co-ordination issue with another trade — we document it, price it and get your written approval before proceeding. You always know where the job stands on cost and program, with no surprises that blow out your budget or your timeline.
We give commercial clients straight, professional advice. If a buildability issue, a scheduling clash or a more practical approach can save you time or money, we will raise it rather than just following the path of least resistance. Reliability, transparency and delivering what we committed to are what keep commercial clients on the Fraser Coast coming back to us.
