Free on-site consult & slab inspection
We inspect your existing concrete closely — checking for cracks, movement, drainage issues and how sound the slab is. This tells us honestly whether resurfacing is the right fix or whether repair or replacement is the better option for you.

Written fixed quote, itemised
If resurfacing suits, you get a written quote detailing the surface prep, crack repairs, the overlay system, the colour and pattern, sealing and clean-up. Everything is spelled out so you know exactly what is included.

Booking & surface preparation
We confirm a date and prepare the surface thoroughly — cleaning, grinding or etching as needed so the overlay bonds properly. Good prep is the single biggest factor in whether a resurface lasts, so we never cut it short.

Crack & damage repair
We repair cracks, chips and any damaged areas and address joints, so the new surface goes on over a sound, even base. Existing problems are dealt with rather than hidden under the overlay.

Base coat & overlay application
We apply the base coat and build up the overlay system, working it to the chosen texture. For patterned finishes, stencils are applied at this stage to create the look of pavers, tiles or stone.

Colour, detailing & finish
We apply the colour and detail the finish evenly across the area, taking care at edges and against walls so the result looks neat and intentional, not patched on.

Seal, clean-up & walkthrough
We seal the new surface to protect it from UV, stains and weather, clean up the site, and walk you through care and when you can use it again. Your tax invoice is provided on completion.

We inspect your slab properly and tell you the truth — if it is badly cracked, moving or has drainage problems, an overlay will not last and we will say so rather than take your money for a fix that fails.
